In June, 2013, I provided consulting services in Bogota, Colombia during the course of a four-day training for administrative law judges within the Colombian government agency known as the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. I prepared and presented an extensive amount of material concerning intellectual property rights enforcement that also covered Andean Pact Decision 486. The judges are responsibile for expedited review and decision-making regarding conflicts involving intellectual property rights issues. This work was done as part of the Facilitando Comercio project.
